Since no one can duplicate the four Winn's mooring cover and mine is discontinued, how about matching the closest year available and make adjustments. Anyone have thoughts.

As I recall from the '95 190 I had, that style was only made from about '94 to '96. If you can not get a cover from Four Winns, you might try Great Lakes Boat Top or Ameritex, maybe a Google search, or work with a local canvas shop.

If I ordered a 1998 cover, would it be a close fit?

Your '95 190 is 19 foot with a 7' 3" beam. The '98 Horizon RX and RS are 18 footers with an 8 foot beam. The next length in '98 was the 20' 2" with an 8' 1" beam. I am not sure what the exact locations of the windshield, etc, are, but I am guessing that any cover from '98 will need altering.

Would you know if a 97 is still available?

I believe FW changed their designs in 97. I'm thinking your best bet is keep looking for a good canvas shop that can make one. Good luck.
