We owned a '95 190 Horizon for 18 years and covered it while trailering it between home and wherever we went boating every weekend. The tops were installed and removed for the trip to the water, and again for the return trip back home every time. We stored that boat in our garage and wanted it uncovered in the garage to air out, clean, or load up. I would enlist the help of my wife or son to roll the top up if they were there. We'd un-snap, then start at the back and roll it forward and up over the windshield. When I did it myself I re-purposed an aluminum rail from a set of vertical blinds (or some other stick that was maybe a foot wider than the boat. I'd lay this across the back of the boat and use it to roll the cockpit cover up. If needed, I could pull the stick out and fold the rolled up cover to fit in the truck box. Just a thought....I suppose you could use a long enough telescoping boat hook to roll the top, then keep the boat hook on the boat to use for docking, etc. To re-install the top, I'd lay the rolled-up top on the boat just ahead of the windshield, snap the front, then unroll and snap the rest of it to the boat. We usually left the bow cover installed unless we had hot weather or passengers for the front. You still may have to climb in and out of the boat, depending on how much help you have. We felt that using the rail or stick made the top more manageable when we were alone. Hope this helps.
