Hi I'm a new member from Castle Rock, CO, we've had our 220 for approx 1 month and love it. A question for other 220 owners with the 350 Mag/BIII...what kind of top end speed and at what RPM are you getting? I currently have 22 pitch props but am considering going up to 24. I can get 48 mph at 4800 RPM. Another question for members in the south, where could we go the last week of October and still have decent weather? Texas?? Thanks in advance |

Jeff, welcome aboard. We need pictures! You can't just tease us like that! How many hours after a month? Are you using the factory speedo or a GPS? My factory speedo was hitting about 54MPH at WOT just under 5K RPMS, but those are notoriously inaccurate. I now have a PerfectPass speed control system installed for wakeboarding, and it has a paddlewheel sensor instead of the factory pitot tube pickup. I have not checked it WOT yet, I was hoping to borrow a handheld GPS so I could calibrate my PerfectPass if necessary. 22 pitch? I'm going strictly off of memory at the moment, but I want to say mine are 26. Hopefully I will be getting down to my place this Sunday (prior to football, of course) and I can get a look at it and verify that for you. If you have specific questions, feel free to PM me since we pretty much have the exact same boat. I just hit 50 hours on my last outing. |

Has your engine been set up for high altitude? The rpm spec for the 350 is usually 5,000 or right around it, so you're not far off. |

Might be a bit of a trip but anywhere in the riverland in South Australia that time of year in my biased opinion is simply fantastic Ardy |
