Yup we are out for the season as well. Put 30 hours on our brand new boat since May when it hit the water. Pulled it yesterday washed it, acid washed the yellow stain off, waxed the entire thing as much as I could reach and dropped it off at the dealer for the winterizing. We will be storing it at our camp for the winter, we have no room for it at the house and I refuse to pay 50 a month for storage, so im sticking it behind the camp and hoping for the best.
The good news is it made it thru the first season ans still looks brand new.
) We're hoping for some nice weather this weekend as well. I'd like 1 afternoon out on the water to say goodbye to summer and then start the winterizing process. I'm lucky enough that my old man has space in his garage for my boat. Saves me storing it outside or at the cottage.
lots of boating weather and it seems it will continue until this weekend when temps are supposed to be in the mids eighties once again. Maybe I was a bit hasty with the winterization, but last weekend was low seventies and just perfect for getting it done. Now the boat is put away for the winter and I start on my honey do list.
