Has anyone had any issues with the exhaust not closing completely on theirs? Or how loud should I expect it to be when it's off. Right now I'd estimate it's about 50% less when off. |

Sounds like your dampers aren't closing all the way. I don't have thru-hull exhaust, but most people who do say they don't close all the way. But they should get closer than 50%. My understanding is that when closed and working properly, it's like they have a bit of leakage. |
