My wife has wanted a boat four a while. Not sure why I waited so long....

Really liking this HS190 Signature Series! Great quality and ride.

Pardon my ignorance....

But isn't that just a standard Horizon with the full gel coat option?

I thought the SS had a low profile tinted windscreen, special badging and interior accents (carpets, dash trim etc...)

Again, I may be out to lunch with what the 2016's look like. Beautiful boat none the less!!

Congrats and welcome!
My boat purchase was a similar circumstance. My wife grew up with boats and wanted one. I hemmed and hawed and didn't think it would be affordable. Now I am the boat junkie- she created a monster :)

Thanks everyone! Hoping for a few more nice weekend in the ND/MN area.

From what I was told, the dealer ordered this one with limited edition red interior and mildew resistant snap floor covering. In terms of badges, I could only tell on the dash. But I know what you're saying about he interior. I saw that on a couple of pictures as well.

But...maybe I should tint the Windows! Complete the bat boat look.

Nonetheless, it's a good time. I look forward to learning from you all.

Very nice. I like the colors, they really pop.

I avoid black cars because they show dirt easy. Hopefully a boat is different.

If I wasn't so lazy, black looks cool :-)

A dark colored boat hull is worse than a dark colored car. By far. They show every water spot, scratch or imperfection.
They look "cool" but are much more work to keep them looking as beautiful as they are when new. As long as you don't
mind extra work, a dark colored hull is a great "look at me" boat.

Congrats to the OP on his new boat. Enjoy !!

Yes that's exactly what she was doing! She is a chip monster.

Yes black is a pain in the a$$ color for any vehicle/boat. Especially gloss. And I was hesitant for that reason. Fwiw I did have apply 3m protective film to the top 2ft of the boat to help with nicks and dings. Whether it works is to be determined.

Very nice looking boat. Have a great time with it. I use Turtle Wax Ice Spray Detailer after every weekend to keep the black hull shining. Best product I have ever used and no streaks. Then we also give it a good waxing and buffing at the end of each season. Enjoy!

I've used the Turtle Wax Ice stuff as well. In the silicone polish/wax version. Yes agree...it works really good. Once/year on my vehicles.
