| Post subject: | Hole in Out drive Lower Unit |
Just re-fitting a '97 Volvo SX Cobra Outdrive and noticed a small hole in the lower drive unit which can be seen at the bottom left hand side of this picture. Has anyone any idea if there should be a screw of some sort in it or is it a breather. I have searched the web for any images that may give an indication and can't find a reference to it in any manual.  Hope someone may have a similar unit that could advise. |

Don't panic, it's only a water drain for the cavity below the anode. There's no missing plug or screw. |
