Saying hello to the forum as today is the day we pick up our new (to us) 2007 Four Winns Horizon 190.
Not sure how active this forum is but wanted to join anyway to gain the knowledge of seasoned Horizon owners should questions or problems arise...
Going to the shakedown cruise on lake Winnisquam, NH this morning at 11:00 o'clock...wish us luck!

Sorry, can't figure how to post a picture here (yet)

I'll keep trying.

Is this one of those sites that you need to use a photo bucket type system to add pictures?

HillCountry, there is a photo posting tutorial in the "Forum Issues" section. A link is here also: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1877
Welcome to the forum. I have found a lot of very good info on the site, ....and a lot of entertainment. Congratulations on the new boat. We had a '95 190 Horizon that we ran for 18 seasons and over 2100 hours. We had a lot of great times with it cruising, tubing, skiing, boarding, fishing, or just goofing off. Get everyone involved in the boating activities to the level they can handle. You will develop boating teammates capable of handling any part of boating. The biggest downside is that they might want to drive the boat more. Think "designated driver"...... 8) I'm sure you will have a blast.

Welcome! The site isn't as active as it used to be but it's still good, and one of the best places to get questions answered about your boat.

Thank you!
I do have a photo bucket account so I'll upload some pics of the boat and see if I can make them appear here....(to be continued)

Anyone have a source for the "Horizon" oval, decal that is missing on the right side?

Looks solid! What engine do you have?

I have seen the deals on eBay, for example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/FOUR-WINNS-HORI ... Nr&vxp=mtr

Thank you! Its the Volvo 4.3 GL 190hp

I just found that a local marina has that OEM decal in stock! They're holding it for me.

We are also thinking of having a camper top made there at Melvin Village canvas...anyone have a camper top and do you ever use it?

We were thinking of the style that attaches to the windshield and connects to the bimini with a zipper and side curtains with and also the back enclosure...
