anyone have any links to a 2000 horizon 190 ladder? Mine seems to have bent all of a sudden. All i can find are the telescoping type and i'm really stuck on my four winns fold out over friends telescoping ones.

I have the 3 step but would actually prefer a 4 step like on later four winns and bigger four winns models. IF the bolt patterns matched up.

Looking for leads been googling for awhile.

thanks in advance!

I just got lucky and called a couple dealers and found a used one that was warrantied for paint chipping off. Come to find out this is a recurring problem. I'd suggest to call around. A new one is over $300, I picked one up for $75.

good idea to try masssteve! I called yesterday to hear 360!!! then quickly removed all the ladder components and started putting them in the vice and hammering the crap out of them to get it straight. I did and i think it will work but would still like a 4 step with the wider step pads in the future but man for almost 400!!! thats a lot of fuel!! haha.

as for the powder coat coming off, yes mine has been doing that for a few years. doesn't bother me too much especially now knowing the cost. i'll pull the whole damn thing apart again and have it re shot with powder coat for maybe a 100 bucks.

still can't believe this ladder is 360!!

but it is a proprietary ladder to four winns and their design and i think (I KNOW!) it is superior to the rest... well until Cobalt came out with their new ladder/swim platform. genius!!!!!

thanks for looking out masssteve! I'll do some calling around!

JC

I saw the 4-step for sale somewhere online a couple years ago, not affiliated with Four Winns, and even considered picking one up as a spare. But, $300 and taking up a lot of room, I decided not to. But you may be able to find it.

thanks guys.

LVChris, thanks for the link. wish i would have seen that back then! I've been to the end of the internet and back with no luck other than Four Winns. Might do some calling around and of course watching ebay more often now.

I did take the ladder apart and bent it back successfully (for how long though). big ass hammer and the vice but tried it yesterday and seemed to be ok for now.

still will be keeping my eye out for a new one.

thanks again all!
