Does anyone know how to remove the VDO gauge cluster from the dash? 1995 Horizon 190

Philips head screw on the top of the cluster where it meets the dash its kinda hidden

While sitting in the drivers seat, feel for a finger hold in the housing at the top center of the clear plexiglass instrument lense. There is 1 Phillips screw in this recess going vertically up into the glareshield. Remove the screw, tip the steering wheel down, use this recess to pull the instrument cluster toward you. I don't recall if the harness needed to be unplugged from under the dash or if it can be unplugged when you pull the gauge cluster out.
