Need official copy of weight on my boat trailer.
Does FW have that ? Or besides weighing it, is there an option?

Four Winns may have it listed in the documentation on their site, but you don't have the year or model of your boat listed....

You could try starting here: http://www.fourwinns.com/us/catalogs-and-product-information

Didn't say where you are from.

If you happen to be registering the trailer in Ohio then the catalog/product information will not cut it with the BMV (been there, banged head into wall repeatedly). In Ohio, the BMV requires a genuine certificate of origin from the trailer manufacturer or a signed slip with the weight measured on a certified scale. If you don't have the luxury of dragging your trailer without the boat to a local scale, your best bet is probably going to be finding creative ways to get a scale operator to make up a weight slip for you (or spend a day floating your boat while you get your trailer weighed). Doesn't matter if your trailer is a boat trailer or a material hauler or if it can haul 20k or 2k, Ohio taxes you on the weight of the empty trailer, not the load capacity. Asinine.

If you are not registering in Ohio, disregard.

Just curious if it had been registered before...if so the prior registration record in your state may have that info...maybe. seems there own official record should work.

These folks with DOT don't seem to realize boat trailer issues when the pen heads make their rules. Texas goes by axle capacity to require trailer inspection and say that's the load capacity. I took them my boat weight and argued the trailer design is unique to this model boat and the weight capacity is what my boat model weighs.

After arguing I asked how they would load 7k lbs on a my boat trailer without altering trailer...or...what boat this size weighs 7k...the clerk said to hell with it and issued a waiver. Seems there's a specialty waiver. Seems trivial but I have 3 trailers and don't have time to waste waiting in line for all that garbage at inspection shop.

FW should have it, but the best option is to take it to a truck stop scale. They'll give you an official weight certificate.
