We'll spend most of it local...on Lk. Washington. We usually put in at the Coulon Park boat launch. We also spend some time on Lk. Sammamish. We also spend a few weekends on Lk. Roosevelt and Banks Lake through the summer. We actually bought it brand new from Cope & McPhetres in Renton in the summer of 06. Last summer was our first full summer with it. I notice you are a coug!! My little girl is a coug fanatic but we are not sure why...no one in our family is or was ever a Cougar. I'm actually a Longhorn myself by way of San Antonio.... |

Hey law - we'll see ya on the lake this summer! We will have our H240 in a slip at Spinnaker Bay marina on the south side of Seward Park... I'll pull the boat and we'll be heading to Lake Chelan a couple times this summer as well... I REALLY tried to buy a boat from Cope & McPhetres, but for some reason they just didn't want to come anywhere close to the deal I got by going out of state... I'd love to hear about your experience with them - particularly service... as the sales guy at one point said to me -- if you don't buy the boat from us, don't expect us to service your boat ahead of our customers.... that - and I've heard mixed reviews of the shop in Renton... some people love them, and some people hate them. Considering how many Volvo shops there are in Seattle... I'm guessing they just didn't want my business. |
