I don't have a clue about your boat but made a few discoveries on my 248 that might help you. I was running my new stereo remote cable and found a panel on the ceiling of the bed with 6 screws in it. Took them out and I could get to most of the side of the boat. Look for panels like that. Also there were 4 screws in the back of a small closet that came out and gave me better access. Also under some of the upholstery there are holes.
Thanks Rick. Unfortunately on a bowrider there isn't access like there is on a cruiser. This was a cakewalk to access on the 318...removed the closet and it was right there. 268 was a breeze to add an A/C vent...but reaching this vent on the 240 is a pain.

I'm replacing the starboard side fresh water tank vent with a flush mount like this - would like to do the head vent at the same time if I can access it.
