My Dealer sent me a shot of my new 210 arriving on the truck today. I am sooo stoked. To me it looks like its going to be a nice one even if it is all covered up. Won't be able to pick it up for another 1 1/2 weeks :( but thats OK - dealer is going well out of his way to do some custom extras to her in spite of the spring rush . :D
Interesting how they're shipped.

CC Yeah, he got me pretty good tonight. After he sent the pic I was being a goof and sent a reply - Black with a Red Stripe its supposed to be Red with a Black stripe!! So he waited until it must have been time to close and responded that he had left it on the truck. He would find a red one. At first I thought - oh good one. :) But then I started to wonder what if? Then the anxiety attacks started. :shock: :cry: Of course they were closed so I couldn't call but I managed to find his cell number back in the original negotiation messages. He was laughing his a$$ off - could hardly speak :lol: (for those who don't get it I am extremely picky - kinda put them through hell ordering this thing and considering thier prices I probably shouldn't have poked the bears). I had it coming. :oops:
Some of the extras? Fresh Water Cooling, Hot Air Occupant Heater, Stereo Upgrade and even some pirating of parts from another boat (items the factory no longer offers - we'll have to see if that one pans out). Some of the work I asked to be completed on delivery - Some I asked to complete myself. Pretty easy bunch to get along with.

FlyingS - that would be awesome. Do you moore at thier marina? I am soo wound for delivery and quite excited to spend a few days roaming NH as well.

Looks sharp sitting on the flatbed. If you haven't already, take the next 1 1/2 weeks to buy accessories. Time will fly.

Your dealer has a great sense of humor, to flip that around on you right before close is priceless.

I just hope the poor sap that's having their potential new boat pilfered for extras doesn't read this forum :mrgreen:

Look forward to seeing pictures when it's unwrapped...

Blessed if you need advice on places to go or good places to eat at while in NH please let me know. My boat is kept at the next lake over. I go by that marina almost every weekend in the summer.

I keep my boat in my summer house at Alexandria Bay (on St. Lawrence River) in Upstate New York between Memorial Day and Labor Day..... Then we bring her back to my prime house in North of Boston in fall and enjoy fall cruises in NH lakes. Finally we store it at Winnisquam during winter. If you store your boat with them they will not just winterize it but they will start up in spring on their lake and take the first ride with you so make sure we do not have any issue. They provide great service…

Robbo I have a list of stuff I asked my dealer to source out. He's has & is getting the goodies I would like, with a nice discount to boot. I am a Canuk so that type of stuff is much cheaper in the US. Good thing I run a LongBox :) Yeah, he got me good. It was one of those "Yeah, as if . . . . Hey wait a sec, could he have taken me serious . . . Would they really send it back since Captains Call can't be used in NH . . . Oh Noooooooo" :lol:
BHurly, yes some pointers on the area would be kind and appreciated. Plan to drive through the night of the 15th to be there for the morning of the 16th for sea trial and paperwork. My wife wants to shop so I think N Conway will be a stop as well. The 19th will be the drive home day. Just PM me with any tips you would like to share.
Mike - yep, I very much doubt you could find a cooler FW dealer in North Eastern US or Canada. I have checked all that I was able to find!
Damn FSuishi - Pretty enviable boating lifestyle :mrgreen:
