I just got an email from a friend of mine who is on vacation in Dubai. She tells me gas is $0.32 per litre. Unreal. It's $1.252 here today, and I saw at the marina on Saturday for $1.488.

Talk about depressing...

Crazyness for a oil producing country such as Canada.

$1.281 liter when I filled up today ($4.84 CAD per US Gallon), thats down from $1.315 last week (4.96 CAD per US Gallon)! I would hate to see what the price is at the marinas around here this year. I would expect that our next jump this week will put us close to $1.40 a liter.

Glad I'm only feeding a 3.0.....

I was in Muscat (Oman) 2 months ago - gas was around $1.20 a gallon. Was embarrasing to fill my rental up after 4 days as it only cost $12... In Australia we are currently paying around $6.00 a gallon ($1.50 a liter)... filling my H190 up from scratch costs almost $200... :cry:

Still I guess this is cheap compared to the purchase price and annual running costs of the boat (insurance, service, registration etc.).
