I'm always looking for ways to improve my boat. In all candor, I think almost all boats are lacking a lot coming from the factory. Here's 2 things I did this year that should be no brainers from the factory and wouldn't cost a thing.
First- added velco straps to hold the cockpit table mount in place. Not even sure if there is a designed area for it but for as little as we use it I thought under the cooler was good except there was nothing to hold it in place. $3 for a couple nice straps that had a little loop that made screwing them on to the brace easy. Used finishing washers (left over from my stereo upgrade) to clamp them down in place.

Viola. Did this while the admiral went to grab a bag of ice while at the dock.

Next complaint- how the bimini poles rub on each other and are not held in place in a nice "stack". Solution = 2 more of those white clips for the the front bows when folded up. Strategically placed so the thin part acts like a buffer between the poles. Bows now don't rub and look like new (since they were replaced this winter by FW).
Before- you can see how the bows all lay on each other.

After- they are kept apart and stacked nicely.

What do you have? I need more ideas!
