Hey, I know this was discussed in the past but I wanted to post what I found.

If you have a problem with water not draining you can access the drain plug in this compartment by removing the cover in the back. Mine was held on by two screws. Once that is off you'll see the drain. Mine was plugged with something (don't know what) but cleaned it out and it drained fine.

Just in case someone else was still fighting that issue there you go.
