If only the water wasn't 13c!
Did you lunch from Patterson Lakes?

Hi deafwish.....and hi Mark,
Long time no hear...
Yes, the water was a bit fresh. It was just the wife & I so I didn't bother wakeboarding.
Launched at Martha Cove, went for a cruise past Mornington, stopped in at Mornington pier and grabbed lunch, then anchored a couple of times on the way back to Martha Cove. Nice relaxing day.

Cheers, Craig

Hi all in Australia, especially Victoria.

What is everybody up to. This site has been very quite this year. What's been happen
What a great summer we have had with nearly every weekend sunny and warm.

I've spent most of this summer on Port Phillip Bay with the odd trip to Nagambie with a cruise to the wineries for lunch.
Would like to get a long weekend on The Gippsland Lakes with a trip from Metung up the Latrobe river to Sale before winter.
Lets keep the site going.

Anyway, all you northern hemisphere people, have a great summer.

Cheers.

We sold our Four Winns Horizon RS about a month ago & hope to pick up our new (to us) Mustang 2800.
Nothing in the Four Winns stable seemed as good value as the Mustang...
Looking forward to doing overnighters! 8)

Hi Daz. Wondered what had happened to you. Good choice. Better usable space than FW
Have looked at the smaller 2400.
Where are you keeping it.? St Kilda

Hi all, this thread has been very quiet.
Haven't had the boat out much the summer gone. Was either time, wind or commitments that got in the way of a good time.
Keep in touch.

Cheers, Craig

Hi Liquid,

Picked her up on Tuesday evening & will be keeping her dry stacked at Patterson Lakes Marina.
She has a 1 year old FWC Mercruiser 5.7 & a Bravo 3 outdrive, so ticks all the boxes.
Plenty of odds & sods to do over winter!

Hi Daz. Looks great and I'm sure you'll have good time playing with that.

Cheers

Hey guys, just bought a 07 h210 and as per the norm, it’s time start donating to it. Can you recommend any Fourwinns dealers, preferably Victoria, or any that have been great getting in bits and pieces?

I’m after a bow in fill cushion, and possibly a bow door if available to start with.

Has anyone had dealing with USA dealers for parts?

Thanks and had good laugh reading through this thread!

Welcome mate - Fellow Melbourne boater here!
Where do you normally launch from?
A mate & I both have H180's, with mine being the SS model.
Often launch from Patto & often St Kilda...

Thanks bud, been boating off dromana most of my life, recently been hiring a berth at Martha Cove for all of January. It’s a marriage saver! LOL

Also go to Lake Eildon for 4 days on labour day weekend and on the Murray in Mildura for Easter. Then she gets packed up!

Launched heaps of times at St Kilda in my fishing before work days (many moons ago) last ten years has been towed sports for the kids and myself while I can still do it! Recently went there to see a H200ss for sale in the boat yard, turned out to be a 5 year piece of floating garbage. Cant believe what people can do to their boats!

Hey I’ve never had a skid trailer, how deep do you put yours in and do you drive it back on?

Hi mate, I had a skid/ bunk trailer on my old Four Winns but sold it for a Dunbier Super Rolla.
The skids generally should be submerged 3/4 of the length of the bunk.
Roller trailers make experts out of amateurs, just don't forget the safety chain!
