The vents under the sundeck? If so in 06 they were chrome. Cheap bastards, Four Winns is going to Tahoe quality.

I want to replace my stock/white/plastic/CHEAP vent covers. He's talking about the engine compartment vents & blower exhaust. They are cheapo white plastic. One of mine was cracked upon delivery. |

Was hoping to find stainless but chrome will have to do right now. I'm just hoping I won't be disappointed with a really cheap chrome-over-plastic job...keeping my fingers crossed for now!

My '07 H200 (not SS) came with the plastic vent covers. They don't bother me. |

Well it's starting to look like I'll be the next person leaving negative feedback to this seller. Anyone else purchase an item from Doug Russell marine and actually get it? They don't respond to emails at all. Three seperate emails in a professional manner to inquite about my purchase which is no where to to be found. Sure I can get my money back from Paypal but I'd rather have the new vents...that's the reason I bought them...because I actually want them. Sorry to vent (no pun intended) but this seems a little ridiculous. I'm quite shocked to not even get a reply to an email from a seller. I've always had good luck with EBay until now.

Hold up there, Nubby. Assuming this "Doug Russell" is the same as Doug Russell Marine, before you leave feedback I recommend giving them a call first. I'm not trying to defend them if they're doing something wrong on ebay, but they are one of the leading marine parts suppliers on the internet. I've placed many orders with them and received them very quickly, always perfect. The one time I actually needed customer service from them, they bent over backwards. That said, anyone could set up an ebay presence under the name "Doug Russell." |
