After some research and looking at pics of the Volvo Penta thrust washer ( Part # 3852020 ) I'm pretty sure the one on there is NOT correct. The Volvo one looks much thicker. (not to mention all the pics I find of the volvo washer are a silver material while the one I have looks like brass further pointing to the wrong one). BTW according to MarineEngine.com OMC Evinrude Johnson P/N 0126870 Thrust Bushing is an exact replacement for Volvo Penta 3852020 which is nice because I found the Johnson part for $10 vs $40 (all the way up to $90) online. |
