I'm 6'2" and the seat has me right in front of the top of the windscreen, so I'm having to use a cushion or stand. Has anyone replaced the pedestal with a pedestal that raises and lowers so I can sit above the windshield when I want to. I'd like a more permanent solution than a cushion. Thanks a lot. |

You could look in the marine supply retailers on line. You might find a base and height-adjustable pedestal to adapt to your boat and seat. Some of the fishermen put a pedestal that absorbs bumps. These might sit a little higher and be adjustable. One limiting factor might be how much room there is between the instrument panel and the driver's legs if the seat is raised. |

I've considered putting building a box/platform under the seat for same reason....the flip up bolsters are the way to go I'm just too cheap. |
