I recently acquired a 1996 Horizon 190 DLX that has the fish and ski package, livewell and a bow mounted trolling motor. The previous owner removed the bow mounted trolling motor, which has two triangle bolt patterns. I know it was an Evinrude plug in trolling motor, but so far my search has come up empty. Do you think it is futile to locate a trolling motor mount that was produced for this boat? Unfortunately the holes are on a textured portion of the fiberglass, and I would rather not drill additional holes, but I expect it is likely necessary. Any suggestions? |

This is what the original trolling mounts look like (or at least similar to). But you should be able to mount up a newer style trolling motor in the same area. Just might have to drill new holes. |
