Folks, I am trying to remove my pivot pin from my trailer. Since I have never done this before it was seized in place. Using penetrating oil I am now able to rotate the pin but it is not coming out. Is there something I am missing in the process??

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated as the place that I am storing the boat will need to pivot the hitch to fit properly.

Thanks in advance

Try posting up a picture of the trailer and the pin you're trying to remove. Sounds like whatever parts the pin holds together aren't aligned enough.
