Has anyone else had issues with the new 2023 H2 pop up cleats. They are difficult to operate.

OP is probably long gone by now, but I'm curious what he means by difficult? I can tell you that the older pop-up cleats seem to retract quicker as they age and kind of require you to get a rope almost instantly before they fall back down.
