I am an avid skiier and am concerned about wake size of a Four Winns H190. Does anyone have experience skiing behind?

No problem at all. We ski and wakebard behind ours. Single skis, double skis, big people, two up, no problems! :D

You will not be disappointed - it's a great boat.

We have a 2002 190 with 5.0gl.

You won't have trouble getting anyone up. If you mean wake size for slalom skiing, it's a heavy boat with a good size wake. Its not like skiing behind an outboard or a ski boat but it doesn't seem to bother anyone.

Firstly , Welcome, and cant see there being a problem power wise .Wake wise it is a fairly wide boat so it shouldn't be too steep.
Currently I ski behind a 15 foot aluminum runabout which has a wake smaller than 6 inches high , which is terrific for crossing the wake . However I am waiting on delivery of a H180 which has a bigger wake but not huge and is nicely shaped anyway. So IMHO I think you will be very pleased with your purchase.
