I have an 01 Horizon 190 with a 5.0 in it. I did a search but didnt find any older horizons with it done, I am looking to put thru-hull exhaust on it. I like how it sounds out of the water and would like to hear it all the time. Has anyone done this?

Talk to your dealer. See if it's even possible with your boat before you waste a bunch of time. Even if you do the work yourself it's not going to be cheap.

I have a similar project in mind for my 2001 H260 with the big block 454! I was lucky enough to find side exit exhaust tips on ebay last year. Are you looking for a factory setup or are you willing to fabricate (or have fabricated) your own system? This project has low priority since the wife is not overly impressed but when I get it done, I will post it.
