I finally took the time to take my gauge cluster apart. Everything looked good inside of the cluster. I added a temp ground to the cluster like another member did. Nothing. I tried everything I could think of. Then I took the cluster to the shop and took the gas gauge itself loose and hooked it up to a battery, Nothing. So I got pissed. I took the gauge and hooked + and - backwards on purpose and the gauge came to life. I hooked everything back up normally and it worked great. Put it back in the boat and everything is still working. I wonder if some carbon or something got stuck inside of the gauge mechanism and when I hooked it up backwards if freed it up.
All I know everything is working again, Yea!
