Have a 2004, the owner before me installed a fish finder just in front of the drivers side window in what looks like used to be a cup holder. Am I correct on this or was/is there some other use for this round approx 4 inch diameter removeable plug thing. Thanks.

My Horizon is a little older, but there are cup holders forward of the windshield on both the port and starboard sides.
