Last Sunday I dropped the boat off to have the covers made, would have had it back on Tuesday, but they were out of navy Sumbrella locally. Anyway I picked it up today and I am very pleased with the results, minus loosing a bearing buddy along the way somewhere.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The work was done by Bill's Custom Canvas & Upholstery in Clarkston, MI. Best part was the price of $600 for being early in the season. They do great work in a short amount of time. I was quoted no less than $1000 everywhere else around metro Detroit. The shop that Four Winns recommended for external repairs recommended Bill as well, hence why I choose to go with them. I am happy, and my wallet isn't assaulted. Now have I just to get a new bearing buddy....and on to my next project...buffing this heap out! ![]() Thanks for lookin! -Rob |

Your project is coming along nicely. Those are nice covers and the price is right too if you ask me. |

I did basically the same thing on my 88 back in 2003 when I replaced some of the seats, it has kept the new seating looking new. The Sunbrella also breathes so you will probably not get much mildew. |

They might cut you a better price. My snaps were already there... We have always had Sumbrella material, by far is the best you can put on boats. The breathe ability is based upon how the material is woven. My grandfather has been running his on his Wellcraft for 20+ years. |
