Hey, I did the same thing last season. Blue Sea Systems Add-a Battery and genuinedeaz.com for the battery cables. I used abot 14" cables from the switch to the acr, but forget the other lengths. I can tell you that I ran a separate grond to the front of the engine block for the second battery. Separation of house and starting systems was simple on my 200. I'll dig up the link to my install - might help.

The battery install pics are pretty far down in the post, and now that I look back, there's not a lot of detail. Still, gives you an idea of one way it could be done. I used #4 105c cables with tin lug cable crimps with 3/8" holes in color red to connect the ACR to the switch, and doubled the cables to the respective battery positive terminals on the switch posts. The battery cables were 4' long, 2AWG with 2AWG tin lug cable crimps with 3/8" holes in color red - I had them install the connectors, and they do nice work. Then the house and existing starter cable went to the other posts on the switch. Blue Sea Systems technical support gave me the opinion that fusing is not required on battery cable lengths under 10', as mine are 4' I did not fuse between the switch and batteries. As I already mentioned, I used the existing ground to the rear of the engine block for one battery, and a new ground cable (a 3' 2AWG cable with 3/8" connectors in black) to a new connection to the engine block at the front o the engine block for the other battery. I did not use the ACR's Start isolation. I did not initially run a remote indicator lamp to the helm, although I eventually did and found it's of little value. Let's see, there was also a 14G ground wire from the ACR to one of the batteries, think that's about it. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like, I have my install packet on hand with a ton of info, - it was a fun project!
