How do you trouble-shoot problem with a built in Lowrance depth sounder? My dash LCD sometimes is dead, other times displays just segments of a number. Could it be the control box under the dash, or a typical VDO gauge problem? It worked more often than not last season, this year the opposite. Thanks. |

My depth guage was acting up and a quick wiping of the transducer fixed it. |

Thanks, I wiped it with a little brake cleaner and it seems to have solved it. |
