I am a bit worried about all you Northern hemisphere folk. There doesn't seem to be as much boating going on compared to last year. Hope all is well and you just don't have time to post because your all too busy boating. Spare a thought for a boatie from South Oz in the throws of winter(hehe)

I think most of us are still hibernating !!!!!

The weather in my area has been beautiful most days of the week and proceeds to turn Shitty on Friday afternoon. My boat has been in the water for over two months and I haven't put more than 2 hours on the engine! The winds have been exceptionally strong and the temps are going down to 10 C overnight and highs of 21C during the day so the lake is still way to cold.... Maybe August will be better!!!

We are getting out sometimes, but this is turning out to be a wet, cool summer up here. It's really frustrating actually. :x

The wife and I did get out for a nice evening cruise last night though! :) We do have plans for towing the boat down to the Muskoka lakes during our holidays in August, we just need sun!

It has rained for the last 6 weeks!

This week is the first non-rain week (so far)

It's about the same here ( near Buffalo ) as Chris mentioned. We've been out 6 or 7 times.
We head to Muskoka in a week and a half. We're hoping for a warm up by then.

We have boated much more than last year. Of course, this probably has to do with the fact that we had our son late July of last year (not a good time to have a child if you are a boater).

I'm happy to say that this season is the most use I have got out of my boat since I bought it four years ago. Part of that is due to keeping it on the water for the first time this year. I leave tomorrow for my 30th birthday party on Table Rock Lake. Going to be a great weekend.

We boat about every other weekend -- year round -- same as normal -- of course summer or winter make little difference here in Florida

We started out really well but had been busy with a sons wedding in mid-June, but we are back at it regularly again now though. The weather in most of the stats have been cooler and wetter than normal, so that may be part of it also.

Terrible weather has been our issue. Wettest June ever and July isn't looking much better. We're still getting in a lot of time on the boat, but it's been focused skiing and wakeboarding time, in clouds, in mist and rain, and less crusing leisure time.... Water's nice, but the air when we get out has been hard to deal with. Mid 60's most of the time here in central Maine.....
