Hello all,

On my 2000 model, I have the folding 4-step ladder. It is the most painful ladder on the feet due to its shallow (narrow front to back) rungs. Putting my weight on each step is excruciating. My first thought was it's time to lose weight but my neighbor tried (skinny bugger) and he didn't bother using the last rung since it was too painful for him as well. He preferred to just fall the rest of the way into the water. Anyone else have the same opinion? Any decent solutions?
I have a feeling a replacement ladder is not an easy answer due the curvature required to get around the lip on the back of the boat. The Four Winns unit curves with the boat.

Thanks!

Andy

I feel you pain. (pun intended) I do need to shed quite a few lbs myself but i normally use my flip flops to get around this. Hoping others chime in on solution.

I can give you my 2 cents. I added the newer ladder pads to a friends vista. They ran about $10 per rung. It was an easy uprdae and they are much more comfotable now. Any Four Winns dealer could get them.
