All,
I was working on putting a stereo in my 85 Horizon 195 and noticed something rather stupid in the design and had to ask if this was normal. The PO had a cassette deck mounted to the right of the steering wheel. When I took out the old stereo, I noticed minimal clearance behind it to the steering rack. This poses a challenge as I now have a big hole in the dash (going to put a faria depth guage there (just bought today on here). But now I have to mount a stereo somewhere.
Any ideas? Where did you put yours in your Horizon? Mine is a cuddy. I am thinking of putting in below the dash.
