Washing the boat yesterday I noticed I had cup holders full of water. They seem to be sealed to the boat so I don't think they were made to be removed. So the question is: :?: :?: :?:
Why are there no drain holes in the cup holders on the 230, and should I drill some?

Do a quick search. I think this has already been talked about.

I have an o6 210H and had the same issue. I drilled some 3/8 holes (2 in each) in each cup holder. My dealer told me it would go straight into the bilge. I am not sure why FW missed this since there is no way to get the water out, and it can get pretty messy in there.

On ours they are hard but we managed to get them out. So I took a power drill and filed them down on the edges so they can come out easier.
