Post subject: | Temp Guage |
Okay, Just spent 5 hours on a slow cruise in one of the last boating nights of the year ( wisconsin ) and the temp guage didn't work. It's the first time this has happened. The boat ran fine and the lack of a guage didn't bother me. Is it the dash? Is it a thermostat? All other guages on dash worked fine. Is the temp guage on a fuse I should check? If I have another nice weekend here....I may run 'er out....but may leave the issue to the marina that winterizes it. |

Is it a VDO Gauge cluster? It could be the sender. It wouldn't be the first I've seen replaced. Should be less than $20 for a sender. |

![]() Part #47 VDO gauge cluster was a all gauge contraption used by FW that looked and felt like an automotive dash. They had their issues. |
