See the attached picture of my switches. Does anyone know what the blank plate switch was for on the Freedom? I assume it would be the same on the Horizon.

I would like to buy the matching switch and use it to power some LED lights. Is this a Four Winns part or something I can get at West Marine? If you have a part number thanks!

Perhaps Captains Call Exhaust, perhaps docking lights?

Or the auto pilot... not that there's anything wrong with that.

Should be easy enough to remove the blank and add another switch. I believe you are looking at adding some leds. For that you'll want a duplicate of the switch I see used for the blower. In addition to the wiring for switching the power to the LEDs, you'll want to wire the switch to have the LED on the switch itself go on when the switch is on. I think you can chain the led into the existing chain from the other switch leds.

Yes, the blank plate just pops out. You are right about it for the LED lights. I just want to make sure the switch looks exactly like the others.

I bought two from this site.

I used one for my LED interior lights and I just put the other one in for looks now. Not sure what I'll hook up to it. My boat has 6 spots for switches.

Do you need anything but the switch itself to install it? I've got two blank accessory spots, and I want to put some LED lights under my swim platform and wire them up.

The switch will snap in (I think there are some plastic tabs on the side. I replaced a blank plate on my helm with a switch and it just snapped in. I am thinking I will evenutally put some LED lighting on the boat and run them off that switch.

On my Horizon 200, the ACC switch turns on our stereo.

Here is mine:

I just popped out the blank ACC switch and replaced it with one that looks like the Nav lights. $6 or something, but found the source on the forums here. I do not have it wired, but did not like the look of the blank plate. Will probably wire LED cupholder lights to it.

I have my trim tab lights on my ACC switch. I also picked up mine via fleabay. There are companies that will sell switches with labels or icons already on them.

Hey Walt, I think I might just add a switch to call for the Beer Wench..!

I can see that lasting for about 3 seconds with the Admiral...

That switch in my boat runs the water into the livewell. I have a Fish and Ski model.
