The bold new "swish" in the hull stripe looks nice, but I agree with you about the dash...it looks older, although it also seems easier to clean up near the windshield --- easier access. I definitely don't like the new table -- not as accessible to all the seats, and the starboard rear compartment opening looks smaller. They two-toned the areas in the cockpit where the cup holders are; that was interesting, it's white on our '05. At least one picture illustrated the option for the raised wakeboard pole (not sure what you call it)...and then another showed the full length center cushion. Must be an option....... Overall, it's still a great looking boat! Only thing I really didn't like was having the radio to the right of the steering wheel. Having it on the other side is simpler for non-drivers to access, and ours has a remote by the steering wheel, which is enough to do the basic things.

oops. Was replying to saopm about the New 2007 models, particularly the 240 Horizon up on the FourWinns site.

What I do like a lot is the three piece carpet. Mine is a two piece, which is really one large piece for the floor area and a small piece for the floor locker cover. I noticed when removing my carpet it could be easy to tare it into two at the front of the floor locker cover. I would consider buying the new carpet, but I’m not sure if I would be able to add the cutout for the table on my model. You can see the three piece carpet in the 240 model picture of the Walk-Thru Doors, Stored pic.

I agree completely about the 3-piece carpet. It's very cumbersome hauling in & out that huge single piece that runs the whole length of the interior.

I'm mixed on the new helm. It looks cleaner, and I like the fact that there's some extra room now (for a VHF, etc.). But there's something about the shape that isn't *quite* right. I think I just want the upper surface to be a bit more rounded.

I don't like the wheel at all shown in the pictures.

I suppose its a personal taste issue. I like the helm/dash in the new 07 models. I like the lower profile and the absence of woodgrain. Simple and functional.
