I support your decision. It makes me feel better to know I am not alone. I peeled the decals off my 2007 H200. I wanted a more classic blue/white look. I may order the 2009 FW graphics, but for now I like it plain. Call me weird. Here is a pic of how it looks now.

On mine (an older horizon) the P.O. pealed off the decals and replaced them (except the one above the swim platform, He never replaced that one). When he replaced the other decals, he screwed up and placed the grey decals on the gray part of the hull (granted the decals are a little darker in color). I REALLY like the subdued effect of the decals.

You guys are not alone. .... As many of you know that I put 2006 Sports Graphics (Yellow) on my 2008 H260 with Navy CCB.... I recently peeled the graphics off from my H260 and installed another 06 Sports Graphics. This time I chose Red stripe.... We feel Red would go nice with Navy body and it is little classier than yellow with Navy. (I just can not argue with Admiral.... She now loves Navy and Red )

Agreed. I think it sounds like it will look pretty sweet.

I hit some drift wood that peeled some of it off and some of the others we just peeling off for no reason. Sorry no pictures I deploy next week and don't have the time. I plan on going to a graphic shop when i return and put an SS on each side in all black in an attractive font.

I like the Navy and Red better to Sushi

BUT I like the SS sport look too and would not have removed them.

I plan to put the SS back on the boat when I return from Afghanistan. I am going to go all black with the new SS in a font that I like. There will be no graphics above the rub rail. I had no choice but to take them off they were peeling away and some had been taken off while in the water I believe by some drift wood or something. I spend the entire day out and usually load it up on the trailer at night, not sure what could have taken the old graphics off.

If the stickers are scuffed up, that's one thing... if they were 'peeling' - it could be a defect and would be covered under warranty?

It was a little of both.

Yeah, actually that was the first thing FW did under warranty on mine. These had some blisters in them though. Looking good going on two years now. Once they do get damaged, etc, I plan on finding someplace to make some custom decals. I like the overall color and style, I just want something that looks more like carbon fiber or something. Figure 5 years or more from now.

What will yours look like when finished?

I will have the SS in black in about the same place it was before I peeled them off. Im not going to put anything above the rub rail. Also im not going to have any of the random graphics on it like before. Going to stick with just black SS on the side. I also have my numbers in the front in black on the orange. I return to the states in May and will have to travel to pick my boat up where I left it. Should have it finished by mid June.
