guys, im buying my fourwinns soon and the thing that is concerning me a bit is the service. Wondering if anyone in the california bay area owns a fourwinns and where there is a facility that repairs them. I am a mechanic and will probably work on most stuff myself but wanted to know about warranty stuff because it seems like ultimate water sports does not fix boats they just sell them. I talked to a guy at cope and mcpheters and told him what boat i wanted etc and what the other dealer was offering me and i never got a reply back, after several emails asking if they were still putting a price together i never got a response so i will definately not be buying a boat from them. I would contact Four Winns directly and see if they have any Four Winns dealer you could go to for warranty work if needed. Maybe they would work with you for another dealer to perform the repairs. Who knows, but I do know they are a GREAT company and really work with you on stuff to satisify you! Four Winns: (231)775-1351 I could even tell you which door at which plant to go into also! I have been to the plant to watch them build boats. I only live 30 minutes from the plant! Nick |
