We just picked up our new Four Winns Friday. Now I hope the warm weather holds out so I can get it out on the water later this week. 8)

Great looking boat!!! Let me know how the low profile windshield does in regards to deflecting the wind over your head vs. the standard windshield. Might be worth a new thread as to pros and cons of each...........

Very nice ride. We're loving ours and just got it back in the lake yesterday. Season 2 is off to a good start.

Have fun.

One of the reasons we got rid of our 200SS was the low profile winshield. It looks awesome however does not function very good as a wind protector. Wife hated it.

Awesome looking boat though. COngrats and welcome! I am still a huge fan of the looks and styling of the SS models.

Terrible, but I'm 6'8" so that doesn't help either.

Love your color scheme!!! We opted away from the SS version because of the low-profile windshield too. Where do you boat in Iowa City? Oh yeah, I have the same trailer as you but I hope your's is more reliable!!! I've had a TON of problems with it (broken transom tie downs, 2 Carlisle tire blow-outs, broken brake caliper, loose brake lines, HORRIBLE amount of slop in the coupler mechanism, 2 leaky wheel bearing inner seals, etc...). Some things I've fixed myself but it still sucks!!! However, the boat has been nothing but a pleasure to own!!! It's a rocket ship too!!! Welcome again!

Windshield it pretty much for looks, but I prefer it in the Texas summers, the more wind the better.

Yep, and it looks damn good. Also fits well in the garage!
