Very nice!

Got mine out of storage this weekend. Fired her up tonight on 2nd try! I was very glad to see that and also happy that my first winterizing effort seems to have been a success (knock on wood). Need to get her washed & waxed, canvas is getting restitched this week, and hopefully off to the marina in a couple of weeks.

Our 268 is still in the rack. Need 2 50 footers to be launched before they can even get to it.
We have always been launched by April 15th in the past, this is the latest splash for us ever. Not sure if it was worth the savings for rack storage this year. You are at the mercy of the marina, and boat owners that are in the way, and not ready to launch yet. Hopefully we will have a boat in the water late next week.

Capn, where are you? I'm waiting for Barrets to let me bring them the boat. I took it out of storage in Holland on Sunday. I got some stuff to get done, (new dash, wash wax, Amp and 2 speakers, and just some other misc stuff) and then want to get it to them ASAP. I'd like to be in the water by Mothers Day.

Dave,
In and Out service starts at North Shore and Barrett's next Monday. You should be able to bring it there then.

Pulled it out Saturday. Was under a carport cover. Was fine till the pollen started falling in March. That crap is a mess. Cover goes on next year. Spent a few hours washing and cleaning, still need to wax.

Battery was dead, tried charging, but wanted to go for a quick afternoon run. Bought a new battery and everything was fine. Ran good. Was planning on installing a second battery anyways, so works out perfect.

Took a run up the river to Tampa Bay and rode around, grabbed dinner at a river side rest and headed home.

fired up the 203 - started right up - thanks stabil... but something seemed off. dohhh forgot to put the block plugs and exhaust plugs in. so looks like an impeller change is due. Tons of mold and mildew due to sitting for so long, but after a through cleaning - we are back to normal - if the wind is down - we will be at Joe Pool or Grapevine this weekend. :D

A quick tip for next winter, put some open containers with calcium chloride around in your boat. That will soak up the extra water in the air. I did that this year and it worked out well. I also put a ton of dryer sheets throughout the boat.

Here's a couple pictures from my first time out tonight. The first is self explanatory, the second is the water that came from finding one of the host clamps loose and was spraying water into the bilge. It didn't happen on the muffs, but that's why we check these things now, right?

Cruising around 35mph

It was quite a bit of water, but not enough to set off the bilge pump:

I took my H200 over to the marina today. We decided that we use it more at the marina, so she'll stay in rack storage for the year. Took a quick spin out in torch lake and cruised the river down to Skegemog. So far so good (still knocking on wood). Of course I forgot the camera :( It's not very often that Torch is as calm as it was today. Simply beautiful, but a tad chilly still.
