I'm just curious if anyone can give me any clues on how to adjust this? The windshield does not line up across the top when I close the middle section. ![]() It's been like this since I picked it up from the dealer. Of course I didn't notice it then! I'm still under warranty to I know I can have them fix it, but the dealer is almost an hour away and it seems like a wasted trip for something so small. Any ideas are appreciated. |

My boat is the same way...not quite as bad though. To be honest...I think its not much in the way of adjustable, other than trying to tweak (bend) the windshield frame. This is one of those fit and finish details that Four Winns sometimes lacks in my opinion. |

My former and present boats were the same way. I just don't care to "tweak" it and chance breaking something. That window is normally open while running anyhow. |

After each of the first two seasons, I took mine in with a list of things under the warranty to fix-just little things-and this was on the list both times since it wasn't right after the first attempt. When they didn't get it right on the second attempt, they explained to me that it would always be worse on the trailer because of the different type of support provided compared to water. I told them I didn't care all that much when it was on the trailer, but that it wasn't right when on the water either. I asked them if they launched it and adjusted it, or just didn't do anything and then tell people that. Blank look. So, either it isn't all that adjustable or my dealer just didn't feel like jacking with it as a warranty item. I've noticed it is better in hotter temps, if that gives you any comfort. Otherwise, it is just something to put up with I guess. |

Mine was the exact same way, but I was able to fix it in about 15 minutes. The frame is just set in too far over the glass on the starboard side. First, pull out the long pin at the hinge and remove the entire center windshield. Then remove the retaining screws on the frame and pull it back from the glass on the top frame starting from the right. It will pull right off. I just re-adjusted the placement of the frame over the glass and then put the screws back in to hold it in place. The hardest part is getting the rubber seal back in place. Just take your time and you will be able to get it looking just fine. |

I forgot one thing.... I had to drill some new holes in the frame for the screws. It's kind of hard to explain in text, but once you get it apart, you will see how simple of a fix it really is. Good luck... |

Well I'll be damned, I'm not the only one. I kind of suspect it is because the upper deck is crook and is not symmetrical. I have the factory wind blast doors and noticed that the lower hinge is shimmed about a quarter of an inch at the bottom to get the centre gap right. Are these all 210's? Did they come out of the same twisted mold? I am going to try Berger's fix. Greg |

I guess every one off the line is that way, cuz mine is too. Whoever has the job of putting those in at the factory needs to be re-assigned to a tool getter position. I call pull it to re-align and it jumps back out of alignment as soon as you turn your head. I will try the fix too after there is another success story posted. |

Any more success stories with this fix ? My 2005 H200 Windshield is the same way. Thanks, Stephen |
