I made a rookie mistake today and pulled my boat out of the water with the trim 3/4 down. I made it up the launch pad and around the corner when I heard the noise. It dragged for about 4-5 feet then stopped- at about 5-10 mph around a corner. No visable damage. Is it possible that I damaged it internally? The bottom of the trim is not scrapped too bad. |

It's not likely you damaged anything. Is it leaking lube? If not, I'd try running it on muffs and shifting forward and reverse a few times. These things are pretty tough. |
