Anyone done any Bilge Pump Upgrades or dual installs on a H200? If so, what? I am looking to improve on the stock set-up and perhaps install a second pump as back up.

I am not sure what you are asking, but I have always added a back-up pump.

It is simple to install and wire. The biggest thing if you will, you must drill though the side of your boat for the discharge. I just use a pump with a built in float, and wire it to my 2nd battery with a in line fuse.

Jim_R did a fantastic job of documenting this very subject when upgrading his boat.

Another upgrade you may wish to consider is an upgraded switch. I was having a problem in my second season of the bilge pump switch sticking in the on position, and draining the battery. I installed one of these on my previous boat, and never had a problem afterwards. For safety's sake, one will make it into my new boat this year

I must say those are very GOOD links!!!

Note on the 2nd link, what type of hose is is using vs the first one. The smother hose will give you more GPH flow. What they (Rule or any of them) don't tell you is, the pump rated at zero feet. In other words, take a 500 GPH pump, put a 6 FOOT hose on it, that now has to pump say 2ft UP. The output could be down to 450 GPH.

I leave the stock pump alone, and add a 2nd one for the above reason and if the other burns out, clogs or anything. You have the 2nd one to fall back on. :)
