i have a 2009 h260 and was considering installing captians call exhaust and was wondering how involved it is and were do i get the kit from,any help would be good

Weclome to the forum. Your best place is going to be direct from the dealer or a local boat shop. You are looking at cutting glass as well as engine work. Where are you from and maybe we can steer you towards a reputable shop.

You can find them online for around $1200 - $1500 depending what you go with. Four Winns uses the Corsa Quick & Quiet + model for their Volvo's. Getting it installed is the next big step. Be sure to find someone that is not doing it for the first time..... the installation is pretty easy, but getting the holes cut on each side of your stern has to be exact!

Where in ct are you located? I've been interested in this for awhile just haven't don't it yet. Let me know know how it turns out. I would love to know how it sounds on and off. I'm located in Milford.

I love the sound of mine mated up to my 8.1L. It's also great to be able to turn it off so I can hear myself think while at the marina, sandbar, etc. Do a search on youtube and I'm sure you can find some videos with sound. It may not be on a FW, but I bet someone with your engine has a post out there.
