1999 Horizon 24 - 5.7 GL Volvo Penta Duo Prop. After dismantling the starter, and wanted to hard wired directly to the battery to check it. I gently touched one of the wired terminals of the starter to the engine and caused a short (heard the click) and loss all power to the panel. When turned the ignition key everything remains blank. I checked all the fuses underneath the panel all fine. I do NOT have the manual, but I understand there and engine reset breaker. Anyone knows where it is located, or any other suggestion to restore the power to the panel

From memory, most of the circuit breakers on a 1999 engine are on the bcx fitted to the starboard riser
