Has anyone seen one, had one made? I know I'll only be able to sleep 2 people with the fold down chairs, maybe a 3rd in the middle using a mat, but still... the though of having a nice enclosed space so I can still enjoy the boat during fowl weather (rains every day here in FL) is an amazing thought. I can think of 100 different things I could do with an enclosed space (which include a 12v AC unit!!) |

We have the factory convertible top on ours. Sleeping onboard would be doable for sure. My wife and I have been talking about trying it out. We have the sunsport seating, so she could fit on the back bench, and I would spread a mat out on the floor between the two seats. Maybe not the most comfortable/luxurious sleep in the world, but what the heck! |

You could get a camping air mattress for the floor. As far as the camper top, I'd get a 6 foot bimini top and have the camper canvas made, you'd have to get screens made too, to get some ventilation and cut down on moisture....It's a good addition, but can be pricey because of the labor involved. The factory convertible top, I used to have one for my old 88 Horizon, they are a pain because you can't see well, and here you have to drive standing up to watch out for lobster pot buoys, kayakers and other hazards. 6 foot bimini was the next best mod made to my boat (tall enough to stand under) next to satellite radio... |

The boat already has a 6ft bimini, but being it's florida and it rains a lot and there's always bugs... an enclosed space would be nice. I find us huddling under the bimini at least once a weekend to avoid the stray rain shower. I'll see if I can photoshop some ideas up later. The poles themselves would be easy, it's the canvas that's labor. Being I live in Florida there's quite a few hungry canvas makers these days. Time to hit the water!! |

LouC hit on a few good points. You could work with your bimini and have panels made to fill it in. Screens are a must if you are going to sleep out there and you don't want to roast. |

I like the top you have Chris. I saw it here: http://www.smwebhead.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7513&p=72397#p72397 Do you have better pics of it? |

Here are the only three pictures I have of it right now. This is how we would typically run when the weather is cooler out. there is a center flap that rolls up at the windshield walk-thru that we either roll up, or at the very least open the two zippers on the sides of the flap for some ventalation while under way. ![]() ![]() ![]() Is there anything you were looking for in particular? |

No...I just figured it really fits the bill for what ric is looking for, but I couldn't see the whole thing in your other pictures. I'm not sure if his bimini would get in the way though. Thanks for the pics! ![]() |

No problem at all... My brother has an H200, and he has both the bimini and the convertible top. No issues with having both. |
