My local Four Winns dealer said they dont make the awesome stainless steel bow scuff plate for the H180. Do you know if they sell an aftermarket? |

Any decent fab shop can make you one probably cheaper then what FW wants. There's also aftermarket universal plastic ones for under $200 |

Not sure what's called. Was black or white really thick plastic like 10-15ft long with 3m adhesive tape. |

Ric, I think what you are talking about is a keel protector. What he's looking for is the scuff plate for the bow roller.... there was a thread on this about a year ago if I recall... http://www.smwebhead.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1490&hilit=scuff+plate+stainless This thread indicates the FW scuff plate is available for all 05 and later models... maybe contact FW direct rather than just your dealer. |

Thanks for the link Aussie. Looks like the guy has a 190, not a 180. I wonder if it will fit. |

I seem to recall from a previous thread that a scuff plate was not available for the 180 from four winns. These scuffbuster plates are available aftermarket though.... http://www.keelguard.com/scuffbuster.html |

Not yet, it a 'roundtuit project..... when I get 'roundtuit! I think I will be picking one up at some point though..... |
