Hello,
Last year we bought a 1985 Horizon 195 cuddy with a merc 3.0. The interior had been professionally redone just before we bought it. The only problem is that they lost the capacity plate. I contacted four winns and never received a reply. Does anyone know where I can get a plate? or could someone possibly take a picture of the plate on their boat and sent it to me so I can have one made? Thanks in advance.

Look up the specs (from the four wins site) and have one made .

On the coast guard website only vessales under 20 ft are required to have one (go figure that one).
